Each owner can have his/her own password using his/her
name and social security number. The account owners must enter
the following information to create a new username.

name and social security number. Owners and/or annuitants must enter
the following information to create a new username.
You will receive an email with a link that will prompt you to create a new password for security purposes. Once your account is created, you will have the option to add your mobile number to it for enhanced security and account protection.
This form requires information from your Welcome Letter. If you have not received your Welcome Letter or do not have access to it, please contact Customer Service at (800) 800-9534 (M-F 7:30am - 4:00pm CT).
