Pacific Life is implementing more stringent standards to ensure sensitive producer and client information is protected.

Registering for access only takes a minute. Each owner can have his/her own password using his/her name and social security number. The account owners must enter the following information to create a new username. The annuitant and owner can each have their own password using their name and social security number. Owners and/or annuitants must enter the following information to create a new username. You will receive an email with a link that will prompt you to create a new password for security purposes. Once your account is created, you will have the option to add your mobile number to it for enhanced security and account protection.

This form requires information from your Welcome Letter. If you have not received your Welcome Letter or do not have access to it, please contact Customer Service at (800) 800-9534 (M-F 7:30am - 4:00pm CT).

  • Important! Username must be 6-8 characters long. Use letters and numbers, but no spaces or special characters. Usernames are not case sensitive. Keep track of your username for future use, as you will need this along with your password to access your account information.
Login accounts will expire after 1 year of inactivity. A new login account will have to be created if the current account expires. Registration information will not be shared.
